At Lightning Flash Logistics LLC, we understand that plans can change. To ensure smooth operations and fair service for all customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Timeframes & Fees
- More than 48 hours before scheduled pickup: No cancellation fee.
- 24 to 48 hours before scheduled pickup: 25% of the total shipping cost.
- Less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: 50% of the total shipping cost.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the total shipping cost.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- Customers may reschedule their shipment once without penalty if requested at least 24 hours before pickup.
- Rescheduling within less than 24 hours may be subject to a 25% fee.
- Rescheduled shipments must occur within 7 days of the original date.
3. Refunds
- If a prepaid shipment is canceled per the policy, the refund (minus any applicable cancellation fees) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup.
4. Exceptions
- In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with customers to reschedule without penalty.
- Requests for waivers or exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
